The Sunstrike Optima Smart OPS 80Q has a 5-inch qHD IPS display which will give you 220 pixels per inch which is fine pixel density for this screen size. You can easily get HD resolution from phones like Lava Iris 504q and Videocon A55 HD. This phone is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad core processor whose make and specification hasn’t been specified. Sunstrike has also not mentioned the RAM capacity backing up this processor but it can be expected to be 1 GB. The internal storage capacity is 4 GB and can be further extended to 32 GB using MicroSD card support. The phone employs Android 4.2 Jelly bean operating system with 8 MP primary camera at the back and 2 MP camera at the front. The battery capacity is 1800 mAh which is expected to give you 1 day usage with moderate use. Optima Smart OPS 80 features a larger 5.3 Inch Display with lower WVGA resolution which will make the pixel density suffer. The text won’t be crisp and you will notice resolved pixels. The device runs on Android 4.0 Ice cream sandwich operating system which is slowly growing obsolete, even more so with Android KitKat on the cards. This phone too comes with 4 GB inbuilt storage, further extendable to 32 GB with MicroSD support. The battery capacity has been increased to 2600 mAh in this phablet. Many key specifications have not been unveiled and so has the price. The device will have some appeal if the company can manage to keep the price under 10,000 INR. For now these devices appear pretty humble on paper, considering the fierce budget quad core market.
