To be fair, we cannot choose one winner out of the two; both these devices are top class in their own way. The Lumia 925 might be short on horsepower thanks to the lesser hardware, but the high level of optimisation on the Windows Phone 8 platform will not let you realize the same. That being said, the S4 definitely will prove to be a better multitasker thanks to the presence of 2GB of RAM (925 has 1GB). Also, the Android platform has a HUGE number of apps while the WP8 platform still is in the developing phase. However, this shouldn’t be a problem for most users as almost all popular applications like WhatsApp, Nimbuzz, etc are in fact available for the WP8 platform as well. It would come down to usage pattern, people who like to customize their phone a lot would find the S4 more comfortable for use than the Lumia 925. On the other hand, the Lumia 925 is for people looking for exceptional build and fluid-smooth UI with excellent camera features.
